Two noted White Mountain historians have compiled a fascinating record of the Civilian Conservation Corps camps in the Granite State. The first section covers various camps statewide, while the second and third sections focus on the camps around Mt. Moosilauke: Wildwood, North Woodstock and Warren. The book features hundreds of illustrations, mostly vintage photos, supplemented by maps old and new. Included in the text are many excerpts from camp newsletters and memories from camp enrollees.
