This waterproof two-map set, a collaboration between the Appalachian Mountain Club and Connecticut Forest & Park Association, covers the entire 215-mile length of the New England National Scenic Trail. One map covers the trail in Massachusetts, the other shows the trail in Connecticut. The trails are GPS-surveyed and the maps feature hillshading and show federal. state, municipal and other conservation land. The scale is 1:63,360 (1" = 1 mile). Included are descriptions of 10 suggested hikes in each state along with trip planning, safety and natural history information. Folded to 4" X 9."
